Casa Palmero - Update as of October 1, 2020

29 lots were approved for development at the January 22, 2019 Council Meeting but since then the developer has indicated that the project is "on hold" for the time being.

Plans for the last phase for Casa Palmero have been submitted. They call for the development of 20 townhouses and 9 single dwelling houses which will eventually connect up to the proposed Benedick Road development. This development must meet all the building standards as set West Kelowna but as the the area has already been approved for residential zoning, there will be no Public Hearing. It is anticipated that the approval process will be between 12-24 months.
